BedZed Zero Energy sustainable development at dawn. Jubilee Wharf Penryn Near Falmouth
In the foreground is The BedZed development that was built to be self sufficant in energy requirements. It houses 12 businesses and 6 accommodation units. There is also a cafe, yoga center and crech within the site. The wind generators are manufactured by the Scottish company called 'Proven'. There are also Passive ventilation systems, sunpipes, a woodchip boiler, and solar thermal panels, which all contribute a low carbon footprint.
